Labor lifts dreams, and striving writes a glorious chapter. As the 2026 International Labor Day approaches, in order to further promote the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship; to build consensus around the “three‑pole development framework”; and to implement the five‑year brand‑building action plan, Henan Xinghan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. held a themed symposium titled “Honoring Those Who Strive—Serving with Our Original Aspirations” on April 30 in the second‑floor conference room. Members of the company’s leadership team, heads of all departments, and employee representatives gathered to study exemplary stories, engage in in‑depth discussions, draw strength from moments of inspiration, and clarify their path forward through benchmarking.

At the outset of the meeting, all attendees watched together a preview video from the 2026 Labor Day symposium. Scenes of Yu’an employees tirelessly working on front-line projects at home and abroad instantly transported everyone to those challenging sites—where they braved mountains and seas, battled wind and sand, and pressed forward with determination. Following this, Assistant General Manager Fan Yongle movingly shared inspiring stories of exemplary conduct within the Group: from the Peruvian project team, which fought valiantly in South America and took root in a foreign land, to the Xinjiang Huineng project team, steadfastly holding the line in the Gobi Desert and forging ahead against headwinds; from project leaders who persevered through injury and devoted themselves to frontline work, to skilled craftsmen who quietly dedicated themselves to their posts, passing down a spirit of craftsmanship. These vivid portraits of dedication and these touching tales of practical achievement deeply moved and greatly inspired everyone present. Attendees profoundly appreciated the “iron‑troop” spirit of Yu’an employees—“especially resilient, especially battle‑ready, and especially devoted”—while also recognizing how this embodies the company’s guiding principles and development goals: “Build one project, erect a lasting monument; make a circle of friends; cultivate a pool of talent; and expand into new markets.” Above all, they came to truly appreciate the timeless ethos that labor is most honorable and that concrete action is most compelling.

Subsequently, Assistant General Manager Xia Xianfeng focused on Xinghan Company’s journey of development, sharing inspiring stories of role models and their dedicated efforts. In 2025, all company employees—managers and staff alike—pressed forward under pressure, tackled tough challenges, and successfully achieved the year’s strategic objectives, ensuring steady progress in production and operations, continuous expansion of the industrial chain, breakthroughs in multiple areas of technological innovation, and ongoing broadening of market presence. Behind this impressive performance lie the far-sighted vision, meticulous planning, and coordinated leadership of the company’s management, as well as the tireless dedication and hard work of every Xinghan team member. From production-line workers who steadfastly hold the fort day and night, to laboratory technicians who immerse themselves in research and push the boundaries of innovation; from sales teams that bravely pioneer new markets and lead the charge, to support staff who quietly toil behind the scenes to provide unwavering backing—everyone has pulled together with a shared purpose. With all hands on deck, each employee has fulfilled their duties conscientiously, embodying the “Three Services” philosophy in their respective roles, writing their own chapters of striving through concrete action, and laying a solid foundation for the company’s high‑quality development.

Benchmarking discussions to thoroughly identify gaps and chart the way forward.

During the interactive discussion session, participants engaged with the Group’s “List of Discussion‑Guiding Topics,” drawing on their own roles and responsibilities, the company’s 2026 development goals, and the core tasks for the inaugural year of brand building. They shared insights, identified gaps, and formulated concrete measures, creating a lively and sincere atmosphere of exchange. All agreed to take leading role models as examples, infuse the spirit of model workers and the craftsman spirit into their daily work, strive for excellence in their respective positions, benchmark against best practices to address shortcomings, and proactively assume responsibility and take decisive action in areas such as technological innovation, cost control, market expansion, brand building, and workplace safety—thereby translating their learning into tangible results that drive progress.

The general manager delivered a concluding address, sounding the clarion call to forge ahead.

Li Xinhui, the company’s general manager, delivered a concluding address. He began by extending May Day greetings and profound respect to all Starhan employees for their hard work, and, in light of the company’s 2026 development strategy, set forth clear expectations for the entire workforce. He emphasized that 2026 marks both the final year of the Group’s three-year plan and the inaugural year of brand‑building—a period brimming with opportunities and challenges. He urged all staff to seize this thematic symposium as an opportunity to: first, deeply study the exemplary spirit of role models, fortify their ideological foundation, and integrate the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship into their daily work, maintaining unwavering enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and innovation; simultaneously, they should comprehensively enhance their overall competence and professional capabilities, refine their expertise, and solidify the fundamental skills required for their respective roles. Second, they must uphold their original aspirations and mission, deepen their service mindset, and fully embed the “three services” throughout the entire production and business process—ensuring efficient support for production and winning market share through high‑quality service. They should resolutely implement the one‑hour response mechanism, eliminate buck-passing, perfunctory attitudes, and procrastination, confront difficult issues head‑on, and strive to overcome obstacles with determination. Third, they should firmly anchor themselves to the company’s development goals, courageously shoulder the responsibilities of our times, and focus on key priorities such as extending the industrial chain, mastering core technologies, expanding into international markets, and implementing meticulous cost control. By tackling tough challenges with pragmatism and steadfast commitment, they must wholeheartedly achieve all annual targets and tasks, ensuring that the theme “Honoring Those Who Strive—Serving with Original Aspirations” becomes the spiritual driving force behind the successful implementation of priority initiatives, thereby injecting inexhaustible momentum into the company’s high‑quality development and its efforts to build a leading brand in the bio‑based new materials sector.

A collective oath, putting words into action.

At the conclusion of the meeting, under the lead of General Manager Li Xinhui, all attendees rose to their feet, raised their right fists, and solemnly took the following oath: “I pledge to hold the advanced as a mirror, remain committed to my post, and strive for excellence; to take the ‘Three Extremes’ as our guiding principle, serve the overall cause, and advance in coordinated synergy; and to take pride in our brand, put into practice the ‘Three Services,’ and dedicate all my efforts to contributing to the high-quality development of Henan Installation!”
