[Usage]
(a) For Food.
Lactic acid powder has the dual characteristics of Lactic acid and Calcium lactate, which notonly possesses mild and lasting sourness of lactic acid, but also an excellent source of calcium. Because it is powder product so it's especially suitable for regulating the acidity and sourness of various kinds of solid food. Meanwhile because the good ability of bacteriostasis and fresh-keeping, it can be used to extend product's shelf life. Lactic acid powder is widely used in candy, canned food, bread and other solid foods.
(b) For Feed.
Sour agent: Lactic acid powder also known as acidifier in the feed industry, XINGHAN lactic acid powder can reduce the animal gastrointestinal tract pH and increase the activity of pepsin. So it can improve feed utilization and conversion rate, and the biological uillization of minerals and vitamins.Bacteriostasis: Lactic acid powder can inhibit the growth of harmful micro-organisms of theintestinal tract to prevent the pathogenic diarrhea and strengthen the immune system of the animals.Flavoring agent: Because lactic acid powder possesses the milk flavor and good palatability, so it can improve the feed flavor,Preservatives: Lactic acid powder can inhibit the harmful micro-organisms breeding to extend the storage time of feed.
